Ready to add your products to Videeo? With a product CSV, importing your products is quick and easy!
Importing products you wish to feature and sell in a live sale is an essential part of the process of going live. Your product CSV will contain all the information Videeo needs to display the correct image, product name, and variant details (like size and color) in your live sale overlay.
If you haven’t already, you will need to create your product CSV using this template. Don’t worry–there are instructions in the template to help you fill it out.
We walk through the process of importing your product CSV below.
Import Your Product CSV in Videeo
- Select Product Management at the top of your Videeo dashboard.
- Select Upload CSV File in the top-right corner of the page.
- You have two options for uploading your CSV:
- Drag and Drop. Drag the file from your desktop or device folder to automatically upload the file.
- Upload CSV File. Select this button to locate the file on your device and initiate the upload process.
- If you selected Upload CSV File as your upload option, select the + Add Products button on the following pop-up to initiate the upload process.
Videeo will display a success message in the bottom-right corner of the page once your products upload successfully.
What Now?
Congrats on uploading your products!
You can now proceed with going live with Videeo! Don’t forget to print your product barcodes ahead of the sale—you’ll need to scan these barcodes to move from one product to another while live.
