Need to reschedule an upcoming live sale? Quickly change the date and time while keeping the event link the same!
If you’ve scheduled an upcoming live sale, but need to change the date and time of the event, you can with Live Scheduler.
Rescheduling an existing live sale allows you and your team to be flexible when planning out your live sale calendar. You preserve the live sale details and selected collection, meaning you don’t have to recreate the event from scratch.
If you’ve published a live sale event to your Live Shopping page but now need to change the date and time, don’t worry! Your changes update immediately and the event link stays the same. That means if you’ve promoted the link in social media, or if shoppers have bookmarked the link or shared it with others, it’ll still take everyone to the correct event.
Pro Tip: If you’re rescheduling an event you’ve published to your Live Shopping page, throw a line in the event details that lets shoppers know the event was rescheduled from X date (i.e., Rescheduled from 10/8 to 10/12–see you then!)
Reschedule a Live Sale
- Select Live Schedule at the top of your Videeo dashboard.
- Locate and select the hyperlinked name of the scheduled live sale you wish to reschedule.
- Select Edit in the top-right corner of the page.
- Use the Date and Time fields to adjust the date and time of the live sale.
- Select Save in the top-right corner of the page.
If you’ve published this event, then changes to the date and time will publish to the event in the Upcoming Shows section of your Live Shopping page.
