Print Product Barcodes Ahead of a Live Sale

Note: This article is not intended for retailers using the Videeo by CommentSold Shopify app.

Preparing to host a live sale? Print your product barcodes ahead of time so you can easily transition from one product to another while on air.

Product barcodes are a must-have for your live sale. During the broadcast, you or your team will scan a product’s barcode to transition to the next product you wish to feature.

When you scan a product barcode, it changes the product and product information displayed in your live overlay. It’s also how Videeo knows to move the previous product to the Recently Featured section of your live overview.

You have three options when printing barcodes:

  • You can print an individual product barcode for a specific product.
  • You can print a selection of product barcodes for the specific products you will feature in a live.
  • You can print all product barcodes for the products currently imported in Videeo.

We walk through each of these options below.
