Your Live Shopping page is the go-to destination for those shoppers looking to watch your live sale and make purchases. You can make it easy for your shoppers to jump to this immersive shopping experience by adding your Live Shopping page to your website's navigation menu.
Having a dedicated page for your live sale player makes it easier than ever to promote your live sale events on social media, emails, and more.
- When you are live, shoppers will see three main windows: your live sale feed, current and past featured products, and the live sale chat.
- When you're not live, shoppers who visit this page will still see two main windows: a replay of your most recent live sale event and a list of featured products.
Add Live Shopping to Your Site Navigation
When you install the Videeo for Shopify app, we automatically create a Live Shopping page. All you need to do is plug it into your site navigation!
- Select Online Store in the side menu of your Shopify dashboard, then select Navigation.
- In the Menus section, select Main Menu.
- At the bottom of the Menu items list, select Add menu item.
- In the Add menu item fly-out, enter the Name of the page as you wish for it to appear in the navigation menu. For example, "Shop Our Live Sales!" or "Live Shopping."
- Use the Link section to locate the Live Shopping page Videeo created. You have two options here:
- Click into the Link field, then select Pages. Your Live Shopping page should appear in a list. Simply select this option.
- Click into the Link field, then type Live Shopping. A list of options will auto-filter. Once you see your Live Shopping page, you can select the option.
- Select Add in the bottom-right corner of the fly-out.
- If desired, you can adjust where your Live Shopping page appears in the list of Menu items by selecting the option and dragging it to a new location in the list.
- Once done, select Save menu.
