If you’re looking for a quick and easy way to promote an upcoming live sale, look no further than Live Scheduler!
Once you’ve scheduled a live sale, you can publish the event to your Live Shopping page. There, shoppers will see the event listed in the Upcoming Shows section while they tune into a live sale or watch a replay. Shoppers can select the event to view details, add it to their calendar, or share the event with others.
Publishing scheduled live sales happens on an individual basis, meaning you’ll need to open the event listing and set it to Published. This gives you and your team flexibility when scheduling your live sales. You can schedule out farther in advance, but only make visible your big sales (i.e., Add our Black Friday sale to your calendar!) or upcoming sales for the week, month, etc.
Publish an Upcoming Live Sale
When you publish an upcoming live sale, you make the scheduled event public. This lets shoppers discover it on your Live Shopping page and allows you to prompt the event link on your social media accounts and other marketing materials.
- Select Live Schedule at the top of your Videeo dashboard.
- Locate and select the hyperlinked name of the scheduled live sale you wish to publish.
- Select Edit in the top-right corner of the page.
- Locate the drop-down to the right of the Live Title field.
- Select Published from this drop-down.
- Select Save in the top-right corner of the page.
The scheduled live sale will now appear in the Upcoming Shows section of your Live Shopping page. From there, shoppers can select the event to view details, add it to their calendar, or share the event with others.
