The Popclips Miniplayer plays a related Popclip in the corner of the screen when a shopper is viewing a product detail page. This helps keep shoppers engaged with your content by showcasing short videos related to the product they are viewing.
However, some of you may find the Popclips Miniplayer on product detail pages to be intrusive or distracting for your customers. If you feel that the mini player disrupts the shopping experience or clashes with the overall design of your product pages, you may want to consider disabling this feature.
Hide Popclips Miniplayer on Product Detail Pages
- Select Videeo: Mobile Commerce under the Sales Channel section of your Shopify side menu.
- Select Shoppable Videos under Videeo: Mobile Commerce.
- Select the Setting icon on the top right corner of Your Popclips section.
- Select the Hide Popclips Miniplayer on all Product Detail Pages checkbox.
- Note that this checkbox is de-selected by default.
- Once done, select Save at the top of the page.
By enabling this option your shoppers will no longer see a Popclips Miniplayer on the product description page.
