Popclips breathe life into product pages by adding creative videos, whether it's a product demo, user-generated content (UGC), or a customer review. They engage shoppers and streamline the shopping experience, even allowing customers to add products directly to their cart from the Popclip.
However, you may want to disable this feature, especially if you’ve experienced UI/UX issues in the past due to theme variations.
Disable Number of Views on Popclips
- Select Videeo: Mobile Commerce under the Sales Channel section of your Shopify side menu.
- Select Shoppable Videos under Videeo: Mobile Commerce.
- Select the Setting icon on the top right corner of Your Popclips section.
- De-select the Show number of views on your Popclips on Website and Mobile App checkbox.
- Note that this checkbox is selected by default.
- Once done, select Save at the top of the page.
By disabling this option your shoppers will no longer be able to see the number of views on the Popclips.
