Start a Scheduled Live Sale

Planned out your live sale calendar and now you’re ready to start one of your scheduled live sale events? Read on to learn how.

With Live Scheduler, you can plan and schedule upcoming live sale events. This allows you to promote and build hype around an event theme, featured collections and products, and/or a promotion. 

When it’s time to start a scheduled live sale event, you’ll head to your Live Schedule page. Your event details and collection will automatically load, so all you’ll need to do is let Videeo know where you want to broadcast your live sale and cue up your host and guest streams.

  1. Select Live Schedule at the top of your Videeo dashboard.
  2. Locate and select the hyperlinked name of the scheduled live sale you wish to start.
  3. On the Scheduled Live Sale page, scroll and select Go Live in the bottom-right corner.
  4. This will launch the standard Go Live page with your live sale details and collection pre-populated.
  5. In the Connect to Broadcast Channels section, enable the toggle to the right of each location where you wish to broadcast the live sale.
  6. In the Set Up Streams section, set up your host and guest (if applicable) feeds.
    • - Get Started. Select this option and follow the instructions on-screen to set up your host feed.
    • - Invite Guest. Invite a guest host or set up a secondary camera source for your live sale. Follow along with a more in-depth walkthrough of going live with a guest host here.
  7. Once your broadcast feeds appear and you’re ready to stream, select Go Live.
