Configure Live Settings During a Live Stream

Experiencing audio or video issues during a live stream? Adjust your live settings on the fly for optimal comfort!

During a live stream, you might experience audio and video issues like quality fluctuations or distortion due to poor network conditions. 

You can now monitor and adjust playback quality with an added network indicator for both the host and the director. Additionally, a pop-up will appear when the stream is experiencing poor network conditions and directs you to the settings menu.

Live Settings During a Live Stream


  1. In a Live stream, if the Poor Connection pop-up appears, select Manage Quality Setting.
  2. Configure settings:
    • Camera. Select the desired camera through which you wish to record the live stream from the drop-down.
    • Microphone. Select your desired microphone through which you wish to record the live stream from the drop-down.
    • Audio Output. Select your desired audio output device from the drop-down.
    • Video Streaming Quality. Select your desired Video Streaming Quality from the drop-down. 
      • Balanced. Optimizes video streaming by maintaining a stable balance between playback quality and performance.
      • Prioritize Playback. Focuses on uninterrupted streaming and reduces buffering and delays, even if it means lower video quality.
      • Prioritize Quality. Ensures the highest possible video quality, which may result in more buffering or delays.
    • Audio Streaming Quality. Select your desired Video Streaming Quality from the drop-down.
      • Balanced. Maintains a stable balance between audio quality and performance for optimal streaming.
      • Prioritize Playback. Emphasizes uninterrupted audio streaming, minimizing buffering and delays, even if the sound quality is slightly reduced.
      • Prioritize Quality. Delivers the best possible audio quality, potentially leading to more buffering or delays.
    • Noise Suppression. Enable the toggle to remove background noise and transfer your voice alone.
  3. Once done, select Close.
