Live replays allow you to maximize the reach of your live events by making them accessible to those who couldn't join in real-time. This can lead to increased engagement and sales as more customers can view product demonstrations, live Q&A sessions, and special announcements at their convenience. 

With live replays, shoppers can watch the video and browse featured products just as they would during a live sale. They can also view comments, reactions, and other interactions from the original live broadcast.

Live replays offer a convenient way for shoppers to stay updated and engaged with their favorite brands. If they miss a live event, they can easily catch up at their own pace, ensuring they don't miss out on exclusive offers, product launches, or important updates. 

This flexibility enhances the overall shopping experience, as shoppers can watch detailed product demonstrations and make informed purchasing decisions based on the information presented during the live sessions. Shoppers can click on the linked product to see the current inventory and purchase the product.

Enable Live Replays


  1. Navigate to your Shopify dashboard.
  2. Select Videeo: Mobile Commerce under Sales Channels from the side menu.
  3. Select the green Go Live button under the Start Live Selling card.
  4. Select the Go Live drop-down on the top-right corner of the page, and select Manage Recorded Shows.
  5. Enable the Enable Replay toggle on the right side of your desired replays.

That's it! Shoppers can now view live replays of featured products on the website and mobile app.
