Once your mobile app is live, you can visit your Videeo Mobile App Management page at any time to make changes to your app.
Access App Settings
To access your Videeo Mobile App Management page, select Manage Mobile App in the Build Your Branded Mobile App section of your Videeo landing page.
Once you access the Mobile App management page, you can see the following four tabs:
- Notifications/Banners
- Appearance
- Custom Menu
- Setup
Let’s look into these tabs in detail.
Notifications/Banners
Under this tab, you can manage your Push notifications, Marketing banners and Live banners.
Push Notifications
You can come into the App Management page at any time to send a push notification to shoppers. Push notifications are free and unlimited. Use push notifications to notify shoppers when you drop new products on the app or when you’re going live.
Please note that push notifications will only be sent to those shoppers with push notifications enabled for your app.
Use deep linking notifications to direct customers straight to specific products or collections, significantly enhancing their shopping experience by selecting Link Product/Collection at the top right corner.
Use the Notification Title and Notification Body fields to draft your push notification.
Schedule timely and targeted alerts/notifications for your shoppers by selecting the Schedule notification for later date/time checkbox.
Marketing Banners
You can come into the App Management page at any time to update your marketing banner. Use this banner to promote sales and new product or collection drops in-app.
Enter what you wish the banner to say in the Main Title and Sub-Title fields, then choose the color of your banner using the Color Hex or color slider.
Want to “take down” a marketing banner? Simply delete the banner text to take down the banner in-app.
Live Banners
Your Live Banner is the banner that appears at the top of your app whenever you are live. Shoppers can tap the banner to be taken directly to the live feed on your mobile app.
You can customize what your live banner says using the Main Title and Sub-Title fields. You can also adjust the color of the banner using the Color Hex or color slider.
Appearance
Under this tab, you can manage your Header logo, Colors and Featured collections.
Inventory Display
Display limited stock availability on the mobile app by setting a limit to the inventory count.
Header Logo
In the Header Logo section, you can upload your brand logo. This logo will appear at the top of your mobile app home page, where shoppers land after they’ve launched your app.
- First time uploading a logo? Select Add Image and select your logo from your device.
- Need to replace an existing logo? First, select the X in the top-right corner of your existing logo. Then, select Add Image and choose your logo from your device.
Once done, select Save at the top of the page to save your new header logo.
Colors
Brand colors are the colors used for buttons and icons on your mobile app. You can choose your Primary and Secondary brand colors in a couple of different ways:
- Color Hex. Enter a specific hex code in the fields provided to select the color. We recommend entering a hex code to ensure you have the exact color you’re looking for.
- Color Slider. Drag the cursor up and down the slim color bar to choose a broad color ranger. You can then refine the color by dragging the cursor around the larger color field.
Once done, select Save at the top of the page to save your brand colors.
Featured Collection
Your Featured Collection is the product collection that populates on the homepage of your mobile app. If you wish to change the current collection, you can do so by searching and selecting a new collection in the Collections drop-down.
Products and the collection must be published to your Videeo sales channel to appear in the app. Learn more here.
Once done, select Save at the top of the page to save your new homepage collection.

Under this section, you can add a Custom Menu for your mobile app. Learn how to create a Custom Menu here.
