Link Product or Collection to Notifications on Your Mobile App

Looking to drive more sales and customer engagement? Effortlessly send deep linking notifications to direct your customers to specific products or collections!

You can use deep linking notifications to direct customers straight to specific products or collections, significantly enhancing their shopping experience. 

For example, if you're launching a new collection, you can send a notification that links directly to the collection's page. This removes the need for customers to search for new items, making it convenient for them and increasing the chances of immediate engagement and purchases.

Navigate to Notifications/Banners


  1. Navigate to your Shopify dashboard.
  2. Select Videeo: Mobile Commerce under Sales Channels from the side menu.
  3. Select the green Manage Mobile App button under the Build Your Branded Mobile App card.
  4. Select the Notifications/Banner tab from the options at the top of the page.
  5. Under the Notifications section, select Compose Push Notification.

Deep Linking a Notification


  1. Compose the notification.
    • Notification Title. Enter a title for the notification. Make sure it's attention-grabbing!
    • Notification Body. Enter the contents of the notification. This will look like a description of the title above.
  2. Select Link a Product/Collection at the top right corner.
    • Select the desired product/collection.
    • Select the Select button at the bottom right corner.
  3. Select the Schedule notification for later date/time checkbox if you wish to schedule the notification.
    • Select your desired date and time using the drop-downs.
  4. Once everything is set up, select Schedule Notification.

That's it! Your shoppers will now receive a push notification on their mobile devices at the scheduled time.
