What’s the difference between Direct Orders, Indirect Orders and Influenced Orders?
- Direct Orders happen when a customer interacts with a Popclip (like adding a product to their cart) and completes checkout.
- Indirect Orders happen when a customer purchases non-Popclip products as part of an order that also includes items linked to a Popclip.
- Influenced Orders occur when a customer views a Popclip and makes a purchase within the next three days.

Why is my Live Shopping page not showing in my website navigation?
You'll need to add your Live Shopping page to your navigation menu manually. We walk you through the process here.
If you've added your Live Shopping page to your navigation menu and it still isn't showing, you must have missed enabling Videeo SDK embed on your Shopify online store.
